Itemized quotes on your CRM deals. Send a link, the client accepts, the deal is won.

Create the quote on the deal

Open a deal and go to the Quote tab. Step 1 · Edit.

  • Add line items with quantity and unit price
  • Set a discount, a tax rate and the currency
  • Pick how long it's valid: 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days
  • Add a message to your client and your terms
  • A live preview shows exactly what your client will see

Review and share

Step 2 · Review & share. Check the summary, then click Send quote.

  • You get a private client link, plus Copy link, PDF and Open
  • A ready-written email with the quote number, total, valid-until date and link
  • Open it in your own email app, or copy it anywhere. Replies come straight to you
  • The quote is locked while it's out. Withdraw and edit to change it; the old link stops working

Your client accepts

They open the link on any device. No account or login.

  • A clean quote page with your logo, their details, line items and totals
  • They can download it as a PDF
  • They type their name and click Accept quote
  • Or they decline, optionally saying why, and you can revise and resend

The deal is won

Back in Twenty, everything updates by itself. No reload.

  • The quote shows Accepted, with who accepted and when
  • The deal moves to your won stage (Customer by default, configurable)
  • The deal amount becomes the quote total
  • Sent, viewed and accepted appear on the deal's timeline

Works where you are

Twenty Cloud and self-hosted today. Attio and other CRMs are coming soon. Self-hosted servers need to be reachable from the internet so clients can open links.

Keeps your data in your CRM

Quotes live in your own workspace and follow your existing permissions and backups. Nothing is sent anywhere else.

Not included today

No e-signatures or online payments. It writes the email but doesn't send it for you. Discount and tax apply to the whole quote, not per line.
