Your first quote in 10 minutes

Install QuoteFlowin in your Twenty workspace, add your company details, and send a quote from a deal.

1. Install

  1. Start your free trial.
  2. In Twenty, open Settings → Apps.
  3. Find QuoteFlowin and click Install.
  4. Open any deal (opportunity). You'll see a new Quote tab.
Self-hosted Twenty? It works the same way. Your server must be reachable from the internet so clients can open quote links.

2. Set up your details

Go to Settings → Apps → QuoteFlowin → Variables. Everything is optional, but these make your quotes look like yours:

  • Seller name and logo URL. Leave empty to use your workspace name and logo.
  • Address, email, phone, website for the quote footer.
  • Tax ID, such as a VAT or GST number.
  • Brand color as a hex code, for example #1F6F4A.
  • Default message and default terms for new quotes.
  • Stage for accepted deals. Defaults to CUSTOMER. Change it to match your pipeline's won stage.

3. Create your first quote

  1. Open a deal and go to the Quote tab.
  2. Add line items: a description, quantity and price for each.
  3. Set the currency, a discount, tax, and how long the quote is valid (7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or no expiry).
  4. Add a message to your client and your terms if needed.
  5. Check the live preview. It's exactly what your client will see.
  6. Click Next: Review & share. QuoteFlowin saves the quote and shows a summary next to the full preview.

4. Send it

  1. Click Send quote and confirm. The quote gets its number (for example Q-0003), a private link, and a ready-written email.
  2. Click Open in email app to send from your own mailbox, or Copy email to paste it anywhere.
  3. The quote is locked while it's out. To change it, withdraw it. The old link stops working.

The Quote tab shows when your client first opens the link. Your own clicks don't count.

5. When the client accepts

Your client types their name and clicks Accept quote. Then:

  • The quote is marked Accepted with their name.
  • The deal moves to your won stage.
  • The deal amount is set to the quote total.
  • The event appears on the deal's timeline.

If they decline, you'll see their reason and can Revise and resend.

Current limitations

  • Discount and tax apply to the whole quote, not individual lines.
  • QuoteFlowin writes the email but doesn't send it. It opens in your email app so replies come to you.
  • No e-signature or online payment yet.
